Verba Publica, "the words of the world", is a translation agency based in Costa Rica. Thanks to their many years of experience as freelance translators, the founders created an agency that combines the talent of their translators with an efficient revision service, in order to deliver high-quality translations for a very competitive price. Verba Publica continues to develop today and is in the process of expanding.

Personalized tracking

The project managers at Verba Publica take care of all your needs and act as negotiators during the whole project. It is their responsibility to choose an appropriately qualified translator, depending on the language combination and specialization of your text. They also monitor the project and decide who will be in charge of revising the text. Basically, our responsibility is to deliver you a document that meets all your demands within the agreed deadline.

How do we proceed?

At Verba Publica, your project is in good hands. Once we receive your application, we will begin a 6-stage work process:

1. We prepare the offer by calculating the rates, the number of days dedicated to your project and the delivery date. We will send you the offer as soon as possible.

   Once you have accepted our offer, and possibly have sent us your glossaries and terminology, we proceed in the following way:

2. The project manager will inform the translator of the necessary guidelines and information. The translator will be meticulously selected, depending on the language combination and area of specialization.

3. The most appropriately qualified translator for your project will carry out the translation of the document.

4. The person in charge of the revision, also chosen by the project manager, will carry out the quality control of the translation and is responsible, if applicable, for the desktop publishing (DTP).

5. The project manager checks that the final translation meets your demands.

6. The project manager sends you the finalized work.
